The Seven Habits of Highly Effective Mercenaries
Field-Marshall Douglas Campbell
Leader of Executive Strike, Inc., Doug Campbell is the enemy of the League for a number of reasons. He is, first of all, a business rival. Executive Strike, Inc., or just “The Company” to the League, is one of only four such groups currently recognised by the Reykjavik Accords, and they are the largest such group. Campbell is considered extremely intelligent and highly-trained, establishing Executive Strike after being discharged from the US Army. He has constructed an organisation that specialises in low-intensity infantry action, recruiting the majority of its field agents from enlisted infantrymen who are approaching the end of their enlistment.
Annual profit statements show that Executive Strike, Inc., had only 78% of the League’s revenue last year, but their massively lower cost base means that their profits are considerably greater. This is a factor mainly because unlike the League, the Company has external shareholders, and in fact is traded on the New York Stock Exchange, currently up twelve points. Following the collapse of Adventure Line Productions, the Company bought and set up operations in Fort Boyard in the Pertuis d’Antioche. The Fort now serves as their HQ, with their own naval operations based out of the submarine base at La Rochelle.
