The Seven Habits of Highly Effective Mercenaries
A Swiss-French microbiologist, d’Martinique is a dangerous and determined woman. Trained as a pathologist and immunologist, she works publicly as a consultant to multinational companies and governments on the best way to deal with epidemics and contagious diseases. However, League Intelligence has determined that she also works – much more lucratively – as a consultant to national armies and terrorist groups as a bioweapon specialist. It is believed that a team using her research was behind the recent rabbit fever attack on Madrid which resulted in a two-month quarrantine of the city. She was captured by League officers at the Al-Merdid bioweapon facility in Iran, but escaped from US Army custody when she infected her guards with a strain of e. coli to which she was immune.
She has received extenstive hand-to-hand combat training, and is currently listed as “perilous” on the League database. Outstanding bounty on her is five million US alive, one million dead.
